Don’t ignore Gen X.

Generation Y has been getting a lot of attention lately, perhaps an inordinate amount of attention. After all, Generation X is ready to lead — they have the requisite experience, the talent, and motivation. They are self-reliant, and they have cultivated an entrepreneurial sprit. But they are hemmed in by Baby Boomers postponing retirement.
