Knowledge@Wharton recently interviewed Mandar Apte, a chemical engineer for Shell who is also apart of GameChanger, a program to “bring a Silicon Valley-mindset inside a big multinational.” Currently, the program is offering meditation as a way to encourage creativity and innovation.
