The Center for the Study of the Workplace interviewed Dr. Michael Lovell, recently selected as the Chancellor of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Dr. Lovell believes that a good succession planning process starts with the identification of future leaders internally.  The in-house candidates will probably share the same values that the organization has.
