Gloria Steinem, Feminist, Author, and Activist, explains why women choose to become entrepreneurs. Many of the reasons are familiar to men as well — they have an idea and like the excitement of chasing that dream. But women may also feel the need to create their own hierarchies, instead of struggling through someone else’s.
