Jill Morin, author, advisor and activist, discusses how diversity in senior leadership roles is essential for organizations interested in enhancing creativity and innovation. Morin argues that traditional corporate America tends to be older, white and male, so if innovation is what a company is after, diversity is essential at the highest levels of the organization.
Jill Morin spoke at the 2013 Women Leaders Conference. This annual event is hosted by the UWM School of Continuing Education. Find more conference details on the web at sce-womenleaders.uwm.edu.
